5 Things You MUST Do on St. Patrick’s Day

Heeeeyyy there…… Um….lads and lassies! I keep wanting to talk all Irishy, but it all just comes out sounding like a pirate.
These might seem like some no-brainers, but here’s a great list of 5 things you MUST do this St. Patrick’s Day…just in case this is the first one you’ve spent on planet Earth.

1. Drink green beer.

It’s really just beer. But green beer just tastes better on St. Paddy’s Day.

2. Wear green.

Did you know that BLUE was actually the first color associated with St. Patrick’s Day? Yep! That started to change around the 17th century, and we now wear green because it’s a color in the Irish flag. BLUE beer just wouldn’t taste the same! 🙂
3. Listen to some good Celtic music…like these guys.

Wylde Nept. I could listen to them ANY day, not just St. Paddy’s Day. These guys are phenomenal! Click here for their website!
4. Go to a parade.

The first St. Paddy’s day parade was held in New York in 1762! Now, you’d be hard-pressed to find a city that doesn’t have one of their own. And who doesn’t love a parade?? Parades = happy. 🙂

5. Eat Irish food, like corned beef and cabbage and Irish stew.
