Little Black Dress Wines introduces three unique “PINK DRINK” cocktails this summer…Because it IS still Summer, after all… as part of their collaboration with the global non-profit organization Keep A Breast Foundation. A longtime supporter of causes that are important to women, Little Black Dress Wines’ summer-long campaign is designed to raise awareness about breast cancer prevention.

I recently had an opportunity to sample three great wines from Little Black Dress Wines, the same three wines included in these recipes…Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, and Divalicious Pink Pinot.

Try these three yum-a-licious wine cocktails made with Little Black Dress Wines before Summer slips away! 🙂

Diva Sangria: A yummy cocktail from Little Black Dress Wines

Diva Sangria
2 bottles Little Black Dress Divalicious Pink Pinot

1 peach, sliced thinly
1 pint of fresh berries of choice
Simple syrup to taste
ice cubes
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Club soda (optional)

Combine wine, apples, peach, berries in a pitcher. Add simple syrup to taste. Refrigerate or at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice in a red wine glass and garnish with basil and top with a few splashes of club soda if desired.

Cherry Shandy
Cherry Shandy: A yummy cocktail from Little Black Dress Wines

Cherry Shandy
3 oz Little Black Dress Pinot Noir
1 oz lemonade
1 oz Chambord
Maraschino Cherry for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

Although these recipes are fun and fantastic, my favorite was the Pinot Noir just on its own ( I actually LOVED IT!) The Pinot Grigio was a close second. I enjoyed the Sangria recipe for a nice change (I’m not a big “sweet” drinker, but it was pretty delightful!) 🙂
