Diet-Friendly Fall Cocktail Recipe: The McIntosh Mule

Cascade-Ice

appleFall is here, and I’ve been having some fun experimenting with some yummy Fall recipes, including cocktails (of course)!

We always think of pumpkins when we think Fall…and don’t get me wrong, I LOVE pumpkin EVERYTHING…but not so much in my cocktails. Apples are another Fall favorite, and luckily, they go perfect in beverages!

Here is my Fall spin on the Moscow Mule…The McIntosh Mule, an apple-infused, diet-friendly drink made with zero-calorie Cascade Ice Sparkling Water.

Cascade Ice….the pure, healthy, certified-organic, sodium-free, delicious beverage choice.

Have you tried Cascade Ice? I love it because it’s free of unnecessary and unhealthy “extras” found in other flavored waters like calories, sodium, caffeine, gluten and sugar. Compared to many popular soda brands which can contain upwards of 38 grams of sugar, Cascade Ice beverages are sugar-free and full of flavor. I’m going to be eating lots of Halloween candy in the very near future, so I need to save on calories any way I can! Cascade Ice has 21 delicious and unique flavors including Cranberry Pomegranate, McIntosh Apple and Orange Mango in addition to the line’s three newest flavors, Strawberry Banana, Coconut Mango and Coconut Pineapple. The sparkling waters have a delightful “fizz” combined with natural fruit juices, which makes them the perfect mixer in cocktails!

And now for… The McIntosh Mule! I hope you enjoy this diet-friendly and delicious Fall cocktail recipe!
