2017 is just a few days away, and this year, I have a big list of New Year’s resolutions to give me a fresh start.

I have ALSO made some cute free printables to help you with your plans! On two of the printables, you can list all your resolutions, print them out and post them someplace you can see them all the time, to help keep you on track. The other printable is a fun activity you can do on New Year’s Eve. List all your favorite moments of 2016, and all the goals you have for making 2017 even better!




I don’t normally make resolutions, because I don’t believe in waiting until January 1 to start doing positive things in my life and living the way I should be living anyway. But, this year is different. Because honestly, I’ve been abusing my body with the junk I’ve been putting into it, and I’ve been burning the candle at both ends, working hard, not practicing good self-care and mindfulness.

So, I’ve decided to use this new year as the perfect starting point to turn over a new leaf.

Here are my New Year’s resolutions for a healthy and happy 2017. Feel free to use/print them for yourself, too! We can all benefit from some healthy living.

1. Start every morning with a healthy green smoothie.

2. Eat more vegan dishes.

3. Eat a lot of vegetables at every meal.

4. No more gorging myself on chips, cookies, cakes, etc…..

5. Make a big batch healthy snack to enjoy each week.

6. Take cancer-fighting supplements every single day.

7. No more chemical-filled cheap plastic leftover containers.

8. Switching to glass containers only.

9. Meal prep our week’s meals every single Sunday! No excuses!

10. Meditate daily.

11. Exercise at least 30 minutes several times per week.

12. Stretch every single day.

13. Drink 80 ounces of water per day.

14. Walk more. A lot more.

15. Be more present in the moment with my kids and husband.

16. Practice minfulness. Be here, now.

17. Kiss and hug my husband more.

18. Be a better friend.

19. Take a class.

20. Organize my entire life!
