If you’re like me, you’re still wondering where 2016, and the entire holiday season, went. It FLEW by!
And, if you’re like most people, you’re ushering in the new year with some thoughts about the direction you’d like it to go, and some goals you’d like to achieve. Luckily, this is the perfect time for a fresh start.
I don’t normally make resolutions, because I don’t believe in waiting until January 1 to start doing positive things in my life and living the way I should be living anyway. But, this year is different. Because honestly, I’ve been abusing my body with the junk I’ve been putting into it, and I’ve been burning the candle at both ends, working hard, not practicing good self-care and mindfulness.
So, I’ve decided to use this new year as the perfect starting point to turn over a new leaf.

Back in September of 2015, Woman’s Day ran a little piece called, “Secrets of the Super Savers,” which laid out 30 really good tips from some of the best bloggers on the net in the money-saving and frugality niche. Besides the fact that some of my tips came in at #5 on Woman’s Day Mag’s list, it truly was such a great article, with really unique ideas on how real people like you and me can save money, that it bears repeating.
