Balsamic barbecue Babyback ribsHere’s a great recipe for tangy barbecue baby back ribs with a sweet balsamic sauce.

Place 1 rack of ribs in foil lined pan.
Sprinkle ribs with:
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
Rub all over meat.
You can adjust any of the ingredient amounts to suit your taste.
For the barbecue sauce, mix together:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Mix it well and pour over ribs.
Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours, or until meat is thoroughly cooked and tender. You can also put in crockpot and cook on low 6 hours.

Enjoy! 🙂
